Are you a creative person looking to learn more about artist-run centres, art installation, and/or arts festivals? Eastern Edge is looking for two enthusiastic creatives to join our team for Summer 2023!

Wage: 19$/hour
Hours: 35hrs/week
Timeframe: approx. July and August 2023
Established in 1984, Eastern Edge is a not-for-profit artist-run centre and a registered charity. Eastern Edge is an arts-based community centre, that delivers free and accessible arts programming year-round. We aim to provide a diversity of programs that appeal to artists of any age, race, language, or gender, creating a safe and engaging community where artistic practices at every level can thrive, and every artist can be respected and celebrated.
We are currently hiring a Gallery Assistant and a HOLD FAST Festival Assistant. These positions are full-time, 35 hours a week for 8 weeks, and will run for July and August 2023. Please note: These positions will be funded through a wage subsidy program that requires participants to be 30 years or under. There are no residency requirements attached to this position.
