Drone Day

Eastern Edge is excited to partner with Lawnya Vawnya and Sound Symposium to present Drone Day, taking place on May 25th!

Drone Day is a celebration of community sound-making; an annual celebration of the drone and of experimental sounds, that stretches around the world! We’ll be convening at Eastern Edge at noon, kicking off the day with a harbour symphony composed by Sarah Harris, and closing things out with a second event that night starting at 8:00pm.

Bring your instrument, and settle in for an open jam – create, listen, and reflect. All ages and instruments are welcome! We’ll even have a few noisemakers to share! Spectators are move then welcome to join in on the drone experience.
