Strategic Planning Members Session
Eastern Edge is working on a new strategic plan, and we want to hear from you! On November 9th, from 12-2pm we will be hosting an in-person session led by the ever-reliable Tom Cooper. Tom is a professor of Strategic Management with over 30 years in the field, and we are so lucky to have him steering us along this process.
This event is for active members of Eastern Edge, if you are unsure if you have an up-to-date membership, send us an email and we can let you know. This is also a great time to renew your membership! You can renew your membership in-person or through our website HERE!
This event is for members only, and will not include staff or board members. This is your chance, as a member of this community, to voice your thoughts and opinions about our programming, and your hopes and dreams for what this space can become. Tom Cooper will collect your feedback and will present the findings to the staff and board so that we can take them into consideration when building our five-year strategic plan.
