The 24 Hour Art Marathon Festival 2010
The performers are booked. The volunteers are ready. The marathoners are itching to begin. After months of planning, searching, organizing, and hamming it up, 24 HAM is officially here.
And it’s here because of you! By reading this, you are contributing in an unimaginably invaluable way. It’s the support of artists, art lovers, community leaders, local business owners and managers, musicians, hard-working volunteers, and all the individuals that have an interest in contemporary art that keeps us going year after year. Peruse the program and attend the events to see why we’re so excited to bring dozens of artists and musicians to St. John’s this year. And even if you’re not participating, be sure to drop by for the marathon on August 21 to see over 100 artists creating art before your eyes.
Although the festival name will be changing in 2011, the 24 Hour Art Marathon won’t disappear, nor will the days of showcasing local, national, and international performance and talent.
