Artist Talks & Presentation with Daniel Barrow, Glenn Gear and Paige Gratland!

Join us at Eastern Edge Studios on August 16th, from 6-9 pm, with our AiRs as they each present an artist talk about their respective practices and discuss their approach to collaboration.

Daniel Barrow, Glenn Gear and Paige Gratland met in the summer of 2018 at the Intergenerational LGBT Residency at Gibraltar Point, Toronto Island. As three Generation X storytellers, they recognized a shared sensibility towards queer reclamation strategies and decorative craft traditions. While at Eastern Edge, they have been working together in the context of a queer craft circle exploring a skill-share approach to collaboration and how crafted objects carry a narrative charge.
